Overview
The Commission sought community, industry and other stakeholder views to help inform its strategic direction for the coming three-year period July 2017 to June 2020.
A Strategic Directions – Your Say paper outlined the Commission's commitment to engage broadly across the entire South Australian community in all of its work. The Commission understands that genuine and effective engagement can enhance the community and stakeholder understanding of the sectors the Commission regulates and of the issues which are of importance to this State.
The Commission welcomed stakeholder feedback on its Strategic Direction Paper in a range of ways from providing written submissions as well as attending a public forum.

The Commission has launched its Strategic Plan 2017-2020.
The Strategic Plan sets out the Commission’s regulatory approach and strategic intent, and its goals and priorities over the coming three years.
The Commission thanks stakeholders for their valuable contribution to the Strategic Plan through strategic direction forums.
The Strategic Plan is supported by an annual Performance Plan, which translates our strategic direction and intent into ongoing work streams and specific projects for each year.
